All products purchased in online shop GATTAWEAR.COM can be delivered by UPS or collected in person in our store.

The shipment of products via UPS is conducted according to the fees and rules specified by UPS. The costs and the delivery time to the place specified by the customer shall be given in the summary of the process of purchase. The UPS application available on our website will lead you through the process of sending your parcel in an easy and user-friendly way.

Those who would like to collect their orders in person are welcome to visit our shop GATTA WEAR on any day of the week during our business hours.
In order to collect the order in person, you must receive an e-mail confirming that your product is ready for collection. You will receive the e-mail in the process of placing the order via the Internet. When collecting the order, the order number or the e-mail must be presented.

- from Monday to Thursday 8:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
- Friday 8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.
- Saturday 8:00 a.m. - 06:00 p.m.
- Sunday 8:00 a.m. – 02:00 p.m.

Delivery time
The total delivery time is 24 hours. Parcels are dispatched from Monday to Friday.
If the order is placed and the payment is booked by 12:00 p.m. EST, the order will be shipped that same day. Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. EST shall be processed on the next business day.
Parcels are delivered by a courier company on all business days (from Monday to Friday) within the deadline specified in the process of purchasing the product, except for public holidays. In general, courier companies do not deliver products during public holidays:

- New Year’s Day
- Martin Luther King Jr. Day
- President’s Day
- Memorial Day
- 4th of July
- Labour Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas

The delivery time may significantly increase if the product you have bought is listed as a hazardous material for shipping by air. In that case only shipping by road is available.
The US Department of Transportation lists in detail the products for shipping by road, including aerosol products, pressurized items, products containing alcohol (pressurized cans, hairsprays, nail polish removers, etc.).

If the parcel is not delivered within the specified date, first we suggest checking the status of your shipment in the courier company. On the day of dispatching the parcel a message confirming that the product has been shipped as well as the parcel tracking number are sent to the e-mail address given by the Customer. In order to check the status of your shipment, simply select the tracking number. You may also contact the courier company to find out about the details of your shipment.
