Returns & Exchanges

Not happy with what you purchased? Returns are easy!

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any item within 30 days of delivery of your order to receive a refund to the original form of payment. Returns received 31-60 days from the date of delivery, will be refunded in store credit. (Shipping fees are not refundable.)

Simply follow the step-by-step instructions on the return form provided in your order shipment and include it with your returned items. 

A pre-paid USPS return shipping label is provided in your original order shipment. If you choose to use this label, $5.99 will be deducted from your refund.

Please make note of the tracking number. We are not responsible for missing packages. 

We only accept returns on items purchased at Gattawear.com.

Items not eligible for refund or store credit:

  •        Items marked as FINAL SALE
  •        Items received after 60 days from the delivery date of the original shipment
  •        Shipping charges, except in cases where we made a shipping error

Defective, incorrect or missing items:

If an item is defective, incorrect or missing from your order, please contact us at: customerservice@gattawear.com.

Exchanges:

If you would like to exchange an item, we ask that you return it for a refund and place a new order.  

It will typically take about 2 weeks for your return to reach us at our fulfillment center in Philadelphia, PA and be processed. Additionally, it may take 1-2 billing cycles for your refund to show up on your credit card statement.

As soon as we receive and process your return, you will receive a confirmation email from us.
